Which would you choose? Valentines day edition!

Happy Valentines day! Well in light of the holiday of love, this is a Valentines day edition of my weekly Which would you choose. So, here is my little scenario...... your significant other has decided to surprise you and whisk you off to your absolute most favorite restaurant in the world. It can be anywhere, no worries..the "travel fairies" have it all arranged! So go for it, and make it something goooood! You get to be wined and dined all night long by the person you love (does it get any better)  but there's one detail missing.....the dress!  Valentino    Ahhh so many beauties, I would wear any one of them.  So tell me which you would choose! Do you like dressing up going all out or do you prefer a casual night to kick back? We have a long standing tradition with one of my best friends and her husband, we go out to a favorite restaurant to celebrate every year and have been doing it for years...always look forward to a night of friendship, love and laughter! So tell me, what are you doing on this day of love?  PS Want to know what I am giving myself for this special day? Besides the small box of hand dipped chocolates I treat myself to every Valentines day. Well I always wanted to try this and lately am really into skincare, so bit the bullet and finally indulged in the award winning cream to the stars, La Prarie's famed Caviar cream. Yes its expensive, but hopefully worth it. As I have heard repeated, "never ever go cheap on your face". Right on. Will let you know how my face likes it:)

Good morning and breaking news.....we finally got snow! Granted not much but enough to coat the ground and make everything look just a little more beautiful. Went out and snapped a few pics before its a thing of the past (and with the sun starting to show its pretty face, that will be sooner than later)! So went out in my robe and snow boots and snapped a few pics which I had to share before I begin my post......

And then he finally decided to mosey on outside....and he perched himself like the Queen King of Sheeba.....

OK, getting back to my post .......here's the scenario, you are invited to a really swanky cocktail party.  Truth is, that is the case with us.....we are invited to a really nice party in a few weeks and I am in a bit of a panic over what to wear. Think I am going to play it safe with a beautiful black lace dresss I have and I will dress it up with some pretty jewelry.

Getting back to this fantasy soiree.....Lets pretend in this case, the weather is not the icebox we are in right now, but lets say its spring-y weather...beautiful, mild weather.
You want something that best reflects your personal style....whatever that might be. Colors? Up to you. You want to make an impression and best part about this wonderful exercise....is that the bodies shown are included! Wouldn't that be nice? So give no worry to arm issues, waist being too enhanced, a dress being short (because don't forget you have the perfect legs)!! Yep you get the perfect body along with the dress, sound fair? Happy Wednesday....wow its the middle of the week already?? Very busy days lately and today I am hosting a birthday luncheon for a very special girl. I will do my best to try and include some highlights but have been a little under the weather in addition to taking care of my son who is sick in bed, so if I appear fully dressed to greet the guests with food to serve, I will consider it a success:)  given that I am EXHAUSTED. But thankfully woke up feeling better and well rested after two loooooong days with little sleep. Busy week ahead for me so will pop in when I can......

Seriously I love each and every one, when you look good, you feel good. Don't you think? They say always dress each morning as if you are going to bump into someone that you want to look really good for. I wish I followed that more often because when I do there is absolutely a little pep in my step....are you the same way?  I included things that I love and that reflect my style for the most part but tried to vary it up a little so hopefully something for everyone here!!  So...whats your choice?
