Still Time To Be Crafty

Living with my dad I found I really missed the little craft projects I was always
working on at home.   Off to JoAnne's for velvet fabric and to Walmart for the
little pumpkins.  The two larger ones are from the dollar tree.

I just cut a hole in the top of each pumpkin and scraped out some of the
Styrofoam.  The fabric was tucked into the pumpkins and finished off
with spray painted stems.  I would have loved to have real pumpkin stems
but there are no pumpkin patches anywhere near here.

They were soooo easy to make with no sewing or hot glue required.

I am rather envious because Steve is home in Richmond enjoying the Fall
weather and leaves turning.  There is not a sign of Fall here in central Florida!
It is still 90+ degrees and humid as can be.  I haven't seen much in the way
of Fall decorating either.  I went to a large craft show Saturday and can you
believe there was not a single velvet pumpkin?

I hope to see you at this weeks Open House party.

Take care and have a great week.

Hugs,
Sherry
