Happy Monday and welcome to CREATURE FEATURE! Today's feature is on the lovely Bridgid of Pho & Chips, a blogger crush of mine. Bridgid grew up in New Zealand but, like the name of her blog, is a hapa (like me!) with Vietnamese and British roots.
