Woodson and Rummerfield!

House of Design
Glam Decorators Jamie Rummerfield and Ron Woodson are the owners of the
stylish home furnishings store in Los angeles. I am just loving their work- it's so glamorous yet elegant! I am not sure if the black and white or it might be silver wallpaper is a reflection on mirror or is that a door that leads into another room. Whatever it is it's eye-catching! I love it all!

I thought this was pretty interesting- when SpinDaily.com did an interview with Jamie Rummerfield, this was one of their questions-

Where do you surf online besides SpinDaily?
Absolutelybeautifulthings.blogspot.com, Desiretoinspire.blogspot.com, Designsponge.blogspot.com

I don't know if any of these blog owners know her personally or not but it's neat to know that this designer is a big fan of these blogs that I have been visiting for quite some time. Also, if you haven't stopped by their blogs yet then I highly recommend that you do. They have lots of great inspiration!

Another Question from SpinDaily- and can't wait to see may I add:
What's next for your company? A splashy design book releasing OCTOBER 2008, a Home furnishing collection, big who’s who interior design projects, moving into a new design studio space.

View a trailer of our new film "The Enchanted Treehouse"!!

We are so excited!!! Our new movie "The Enchanted Treehouse" will be coming out soon....by the end of June. It will be a wonderful film and so magical and different!! It is about a little girl who discovers an amazing, wondrous house in the forest and meets the curious and adorable characters who live there! Wonderful for children and adults and anyone who loves the imagination and the fairytale world!
We are compiling a list of names of people who are interested in purchasing the film when it is completed. If you'd like us to add your name to the list, we will contact you at the end of June.....we will have a website at that time where the movie can be purchased with other information about it. We have a trailer or "commercial" that we had made about the film that you can see here; just click on the link below. (The commercial will be aired on Cable TV when the movie is ready; we'll post information soon about that as well. The price of our film will be $15.00, not $19.95 as listed on the above flyer.) ~I've been Tagged~

I have been tagged by All things Blue! Thank you so much! Blue has asked me to pass the challenge onto 6 other bloggers whom I would like to get to know better!

Rules: Answer the following questions about yourself. At the end of the post you pass on the questions to 6 other bloggers and list their names. Then write them a comment telling them that they've been tagged and ask them to read your blog. Let the person who tagged you know that you've accepted the challenge and refer to your post.

The questions with my answers:

1. What did you do 10 years ago? Oh, 10 years ago...... I was getting my driver's license, a junior in High school, and also meet my boyfriend whom I am still with to this day- Can you believe we aren't married. Well, that's really my fault. Other than that life was Care-free with no responsibilites. Oh, how I wish I could sometimes go back to those careless days with no worries or concerns.

2. 5 items on your to-do list Today.
1. Get the children ready for the day and drop them off at the babysitter
2. Work- Hi-Lights and Haircuts today!
3. Go to Sun Tan City and get the VersaSpa Tan
4. Plan to go to the library to check out some movies for my son & I
5. Laundry
Not that exciting I know- Right?

3. Snacks I like- Ummm.... cookies, cake, and Candy! I know- it's bad!

4. What would you do if you were a Billionare? A billionare would be so great- for me! I would have a house or few that is built and suited exactly the way I wanted it decorated with the finest furnishings and decor! I would have me a pool and a housekeeper, a few new cars, and travel the world. Then I would built a home for my mother and help out anyone else in the family that needed some support. Most importantly I would try- try- try my best to not let the money go to my head! You know thats what always seems to happen with lots of money.

5. Places I would live- I'm not sure where I would want to live exactly. I haven't really traveled a lot. I guess one of my choices would have to be New York. I have family that live there and that is where I have visited the most and everytime is awesome. It's such a magical place to me!

6. 6 Bloggers I am passing the challenge onto are-

"The Holiday" Movie Survey

-Cast your vote for which Home you would want to live in-

Ok I have a little survey for anyone that would like to participate: If you have ever seen the movie "The Holiday" starring Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet than please Choose below which Home you would rather live in?

Will it be Cameron Diaz's the Brentwood Spanish Colonial Home with it's Liaigre-like furniture, minimalist black kitchen, and sprawling layout? Well, please take a look....

Or Will it be Kate Winslet's English Countryside Cozy Cottage, with teal painted cabinets in the kitchen, chintz- covered sofa, and an old-fashioned soaking tub? You
decide....

Photos courtesy of House & garden

I just thought this would be something fun to do to see which home is actually most favorable. Gosh, I am not sure which one I should choose- I like them both so much. I like the cozy feel of the cottage, yet the luxury of the Brentwood Home. Well.... I guess it would be Cameron's House that I would choose, even though I love the cottage it would probably just be a place that I would like to take a holiday in as well.

~Sweet Dreams~

When going to Lowe's today I found a lot of inspiration in the color section. The below 3 pictures came from there. It's time to paint our bathroom that we have been remodeling and I went with a real soft yellowish-white color and we also bought a big white wood mirror to go over top the vanity. Now I need to get some decor in there once its finished. I'm thinking some pretty flowers... maybe white daisies and I'm not sure what else!
