Kitchen {Before and After}

I’ve had a few requests right on top of one another for a tour of the kitchen.  It’s been on my radar for some time now, but I just didn’t want to take pictures of it with a half constructed porch in the background!

Aside from the snake like pendants and icky ceiling fan, there is almost nothing wrong with the before of our kitchen!  It was love at first sight and a huge factor in us choosing this as our forever home.  It was a brand spanking new renovation with top of the line appliances.  I mean, we peeled the plastic off of the dishwasher ourselves!!!
April 2009 075 Aside from knocking out the bread bin in the far corner and changing out the lights, all we did was add decorative touches to the space.

Because the kitchen was done by the previous owners, unfortunately I do not have sources for the cabinets, tile, counters or hardware.

So that’s where the magic happens, ladies!  It’s pretty much in use 24x7 with three hungry males in the house!
